Poor material

We recently ordered three items the material on these items are not up to part they are very rubbery especially the men's shirt I thought they would be nice dress shirts and they're not we can't wear these items and want to just resend them I don't understand how they won't take their items back and how they get to say what they will take and what they won't take nobody will be wearing these items because they are unbearable to make this experience go from bad to worse is the reason a lot of people don't take chances to buy online overseas we are not happy with these items so please let me send them back they are just very rubbery they don't feel like real clothes
