Do I have to pay taxes and VAT?

Modified on Wed, 2 Aug, 2023 at 4:23 PM

Please note that items shipped internationally from the US are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means that we do not collect any VAT (Value Added Taxes) at the time of purchase. It is important to keep in mind that any taxes, duties, or customs fees that may be incurred are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the package.

It is possible that your package may be subject to local customs or VAT charges, depending on the country to which it is being shipped. In order to obtain more information about your particular country's customs policies, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

In the event that your package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, please note that you will receive a refund for the cost of the item(s) minus the original shipping fee. Additionally, a handling fee of 20% will be charged.

We hope that this information is helpful and informative for you.
