Why am I have been double-charged?

If you ever come across a double charge for a single purchase, the first step is to thoroughly examine your confirmation email.

If you receive multiple confirmation emails with different order numbers (such as PP0000), this may imply that you have unintentionally placed multiple orders. It's essential to carefully review each order and get in touch with us for assistance if required.

In the event that you didn't unintentionally place a duplicate order, there's no need to be alarmed. We only deduct payment once, and the second charge will not proceed. The double charge you may see on your bank statement is most likely an authorization or pending charge, not an actual charge.

When you utilize a credit card for specific services, your card company may authorize the card before deducting the funds. In such cases, the authorization appears on your statement in addition to the actual charge. The authorization should disappear from your bank statement within a month. We recommend waiting for the release of funds or contacting your bank to confirm.
