Why Isn't My Tracking Information Updating?

If you’re wondering why your tracking information isn’t updating, here are some common reasons and what you can do about them.


1. Processing Time at the Carrier’s Facility

Once your order has been shipped, it may take some time before the carrier updates tracking information. Many shipping providers require a scan at a processing facility before movement appears on the tracking system. This can take 24–72 hours, especially during peak seasons.


2. Customs Clearance Delays

For international shipments, customs clearance can cause tracking delays. If your package is being inspected, the tracking might not update until it clears customs. Unfortunately, this process is beyond our control, but rest assured, your package is still moving.


3. Carrier System Lag

Sometimes, tracking information takes longer to update due to technical issues or a backlog in the carrier’s system. If the tracking page hasn’t been refreshed, it may seem like no progress has been made, even when your package is en route.


4. Weather and Transit Delays

Severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or transportation issues can delay shipments. If your package is affected by these circumstances, tracking updates might be slow until the situation improves.


5. Last-Mile Delivery Delays

Occasionally, a package may be marked as “Out for Delivery” but take longer to arrive due to unforeseen issues with the local delivery provider. If it has been more than 48 hours since the last update, you can check with your local post office.

What Can You Do?

  • Wait 24–72 hours for updates, especially right after shipping.

  • Check with your local carrier if you suspect a customs delay or an issue with last-mile delivery.

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct to prevent unnecessary delays.

  • Contact us! If your package hasn’t moved in more than 7 days, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.
