Why was I charged an international fee for my order?

As an international company, we utilize an American payment processor known as Stripe. Unfortunately, some banks may impose additional fees while others do not. It is important to note that this charge comes directly from your bank and is beyond our control.

Currently, we offer 03 payment gateways London, Australia, including the USA. At present, all credit card payments are directed to our payment gateways located in American or London, which explains the international fee reflected on your bill. To avoid such fees, we recommend using Paypal as a mode of payment in the future. Rest assured that your payment will remain secure as Stripe is PCI-compliant and manages the entire payment process on our behalf.
