Why my tracking doesn't updated?

There are several reasons why your package's tracking information hasn't been updated recently. It could be that:


The package is still en route between two facilities. This can happen during busy times, such as holidays, or during extreme weather conditions. Please wait 3-5 days before checking again.


Your package is being delayed at customs. This is common during the holiday season when there is a high volume of packages being shipped. Please wait up to 48 hours for updated information.


Your destination doesn't have a tracking system in place. Some smaller or rural post offices don't have a tracking system or don't input the data on the packages they handle. Please wait 3-5 days before checking again.


Your package is lost. If the tracking information is incomplete or inaccurate, or it hasn't been updated in more than 10 days, it's possible that your package is lost.


Please contact us via email at Support@polynesianpride.co with the details of your order and we will open an official inquiry with the delivery courier or provide a replacement for your lost package if it cannot be retrieved.
